Public works employees constantly toss trash and recycling bins recklessly. They’re never placed back properly to the correct houses. One of the employees turned the recycling bin over and now there’s paper and cardboard all through the street leaving it to look very unappealing. The carelessness for the job shows in the way they handle the trash and recycling bins. Please do better
