The deceased animal is next to the driveway of 135 Maple St. which is actually on Ellsworth Ave. adjacent to 195-197 Ellsworth Ave.

I called to report this on Monday morning. The deceased animal is still there decaying.
I'm sure if this were the East Rock neighborhood, this case would have been closed in a matter of minutes.
